We require our guests to submit 1 Government ID/Drivers License. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE

We do not allow any personal mail &/or package deliveries of any kind, no exceptions.

Do not disrespect Neighbors.
Please follow check-in and out instructions.
Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
Do not remove makeup with white towels in the unit. There are dark towels in the bathroom cabinet under the sink for this.
Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in an additional charge (listed below).
No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. Any overnight visitors not on the reservation will be considered an additional guest for the reservation and will result in an additional guest fee (listed below).
No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm.
All Guests are expected to clean up after themselves prior to departure: If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
All Guests are expected to wash their own dishes prior to departure.
We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Shipping items that have been left behind will result in an additional handling charge (listed below). Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 2 days after your scheduled departure.

If we fail service, you don’t get to leave a bad review and receive a refund, you get to choose one or the other, not both. ★FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: $75 for every 30 minutes past check-out.
★FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 deodorization fee.
★FEES: Undeclared/Unauthorized guests $100 fine per guest.
★FEES: Party/Noise in the listing $250 fine.
★FEES: Tampering of any kind to the security systems, smoke detectors, noise monitoring device, exterior cameras or any other permanent electronic device in the effort to disable, damage, unplug or degrade the use of these systems will result in an immediate $250 charge.

🐶 Pets must be approved prior to booking. Dogs allowed. NO CATS, BIRDS, HAMPSTERS, MICE, OR ANY OTHER PETS.
🐶 Pets must be added onto reservation as an additional guests and guests must pay an additional fee (listed below).
🐶 Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture at anytime during stay.
🐶 Pets must be taken out to do their business and not go inside the home or patio. You MUST pick up after your pet.
🐶 Pet cannot mark indoors.
🐶 Pet cannot be washed or showered in tubs or sinks.

★FEES: Pet Rent is $50 for each pet or $20 per pet/per night, whichever is greater.
★FEES: Unauthorized Pets will result in an additional $250 charge per pet on top of pet rent.
★FEES: Pet urinating inside will result in a $100 floor disinfecting charge.
★FEES: Pet showered in tub or sinks will result in a $200 Charge.
★FEES: Pet hairs found on sheets or furniture will result in $60 charge.

1. Early Arrival after 2 PM CST for $40.00.
2. Super Early Arrival after 12:30 PM CST for $55.00.
3. Red-Eye Arrival any time after 9 AM CST for $100.00.

1. Late Check-out until 12 PM CST for $40.00.
2. Super Late Check-out until 1:30 PM CST for $55.00.
3. Mega Late Checkout any time until 5 PM CST for $100.00.
